We strongly recommend testing your system in November or December before calving. Although hardware malfunctions are rare, this tune-up purchase does not include hardware replacement if needed.
CowCams comes with a no questions asked warranty through the first calving season after purchased. If your system is out of warranty we can troubleshoot and do remote logins once you purchase the remote tune-up. If you do have issues getting cameras online again it can be for a number of reasons, such as changes to your router, changes with your internet service provider, software on devices resetting due to power surges.
