Returns:

If you are unhappy with our system for any reason, return the system within 30 days and receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping).

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, especially during our off season (summertime).

Warranty:

All of our products have a 1 year warranty. If anything goes wrong we will fix it at no cost to you during that period. In most cases we will extend that warranty a month or two if needed. If that warranty is to come up during our off season, then it will be extended to the month we return to the office (November).
