If you do NOT have any camera feed. Please make sure to check all connections! If you have satellite internet (i.e.starlink), make sure your router has more than one port to connect the system. If it does not, please see our FAQ page. Please refer to the email sent with your tracking information regarding your router setup. If you have tried these steps and no camera feed, please fill out the contact page so we can login ASAP an assist you.

Getting cameras online to use on your phone

Please go to your app store on your phone and purchase the Blueiris app for $9.99. Once you have done this, you will follow this video if you have fiberoptic or high speed internet. If you have satellite internet, please checkout our FAQ page.
